Please Note: These trees are heavily flocked, therefore when building, decorating and packing your tree away, some flocking may come loose and fine particles will go into the air. This will not be 'noticeable' on your tree, but we DO NOT recommend flocked  trees for anyone with asthma or breathing difficulties.

If you or a family member have breathing difficulties (and your heart is set on a flocked tree) you may wish to avoid decorating the tree as this will also cause some movement of the fine particles. in extreme cases, we suggest someone else assemble, add lights & decorate the flocked tree and allow the particles to settle overnight. The next day, vacuum the area then all should be well and you can enjoy your tree.  

 - Postage: We recommend that you physically visit us to see our trees before you decide to purchase and prefer if you can pick up trees, rather than us have to send them to you. However, if needed, we can of course arrange delivery. Due to the size and weight of trees, ALL TREES are considered BULKY so therefore 'flat rate' postage rates do not apply. Please contact us to get a postage quote if you would like to know this before you place your order.
