- Estimated delivery approx 2 weeks after you place your order.
IF you are needing your order by a certain DATE, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate any requests. You are welcome to check on any arrivals, otherwise, we will contact you when your item arrives.
- Online Option: Please select your Pre-Order Payment Option – either by paying in Full or a deposit. This will guarantee your order. Your balance can be paid in person on pick up, throughout the year if you prefer or before we send to you over the phone on 02 9529 2512.
- Postage: Due to the size of these pieces, we are unsure at this this the cost of postage and so the 'flat rate' postage may not apply. Please contact us to get a postage quote if you would like to know this before you place your order.
- Cancellations and Refunds: Should you choose to cancel your order - for any reason - monies paid will not be refunded and there will be a $25 cancelation fee (as per our Layby Conditions); the remaining money may however be issued as a CREDIT note. If the item you have ordered for some reason does not arrive, your money will be refunded.
