- Please note that by placing your order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

- Please order all Pre-order items in a separate transaction to items that are currently in stock.

- Estimated delivery approximately September - October 2024. If you are needing your order by a certain DATE, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate any requests. You are welcome to check on any arrivals, otherwise, we will contact you when your item arrives.

- Online Option: Pre-order online requires FULL payment to place your order. This will guarantee your order. If you prefer to only pay a deposit please contact us on 02 9529 2512 or send us an email at christmasmagic1@gmail.com

- Postage: Due to the size of Lemax Buildings, 'flat rate' postage may not apply. Please contact us to get a postage quote if you would like to know this before you place your order. 

- Cancellations and Refunds: Should you choose to cancel your order - for any reason - monies paid will not be refunded; this amount may however be issued as a CREDIT note. If the item you have ordered for some reason does not arrive, your money will be refunded.
