PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Please note that by placing your order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- Please order all Pre-order items in a separate transaction to items that are currently in stock.
- Due to being hand-made (and subject to weather conditions etc), we can not give you an exact delivery date, however if required by a specific date, please call to discuss BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER so we can check whether your request can be fulfilled. We will contact you when your item arrives.
- Online Option: Pre-order online requires FULL payment to place your order. This will guarantee your order.
- Deposit Only: If you would like to pre-order but ONLY pay a deposit (20%) towards your order, please call the shop on 02 9529 2512. This will guarantee your order. Your balance can be paid in person on pick up, throughout the year if you prefer or before we send to you over the phone on 02 9529 2512.
- Cancellations and Refunds: Should you choose to cancel your order - for any reason - monies paid will not be refunded; this amount may however be issued as a CREDIT note. If the item you have ordered for some reason does not arrive, your money will be refunded.
